Effective January 1, 2006
A student who believes a greater refund should be authorized than provided for in the established fee schedule may fill out a Refund Appeal Form on-line at: https://apps.umsl.edu/webapps/ITS/Appeals/
All appeal forms must be submitted within 90 days of the close of a Spring(Winter) or Fall semester and within 30 days of a Summer Session.
A final appeal may be made to the Office of Academic Affairs (426 Woods Hall) within 10 days of the receipt of the Appeals Committee decision.
